Therapy for thoughtful people who hold it all together on the outside, but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from themselves on the inside.
At Quiet Current Wellness, we make room to slow down, get curious about what’s keeping you stuck, and reconnect with your own voice. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that leave you feeling overwhelmed or second-guessing yourself, so you can move through life with more clarity, self-trust, and room to be yourself.
You’re used to being the one who keeps things moving. You show up for the people you care about, handle what needs to get done, and try to make thoughtful choices.
But lately, you may notice yourself:
Feeling like your mind is always “on,” even when you have a moment to rest.
Going over a conversation again and wondering if you said the wrong thing.
Asking others what they think, then still feeling unsure.
Feeling anxious or overwhelmed, even when things seem to be going well.
Carrying the pressure to keep everything together, while feeling exhausted in ways that are hard to explain.
Wanting to slow down, but wondering what might happen if you do.
From the outside, your life may look stable or even successful. Inside, things can feel much heavier than they appear.
You Might Be Feeling…
Therapy can be a space to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin moving forward with more clarity.
Welcome To Quiet Current Wellness!
At Quiet Current Wellness, therapy is a space to slow down and get to know yourself more deeply.
Together, we can explore the experiences and patterns that shape how you move through the world—including the ones that may have helped you get by, but no longer feel aligned with the life you want to live.
With curiosity, compassion, and a little gentle challenge, we’ll make room for you to hear your own voice, honor your needs, and make choices with more self-trust—even when life feels uncertain.
My approach combines clinical training with a deeper focus on personal meaning, emotional awareness, and long-term growth.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.

The first session is simply a place to begin.
Many of the people I work with are used to functioning at a high level in their professional and personal lives, even while carrying a great deal internally. Our first meeting is an opportunity to slow down and create space to begin talking about what has been holding your attention beneath the surface.
We’ll start with a brief orientation to the therapy process and any questions you may have about confidentiality, structure, or how our work together typically unfolds. From there, I’ll invite you to share what has been most present for you lately and what led you to reach out for support at this particular moment.
As we talk, we may explore pieces of your current experience — things like the pressures you’ve been navigating, patterns you’ve noticed in your thinking or emotional life, important relationships, or transitions that may be unfolding. This isn’t about covering everything at once, but about beginning to understand the landscape of your experience and what feels most meaningful to focus on.
There is no expectation to have the right words or a perfectly organized story. Many people come in simply knowing that something feels heavier, more complicated, or more isolating than it appears from the outside.
Toward the end of our time, we’ll take a few minutes to reflect on what stood out during the session and talk about what continuing our work together might look like — including pacing, areas of focus, and any questions you may have moving forward.
My intention is for this space to feel thoughtful, collaborative, and steady — a place where you don’t have to perform, solve, or carry everything on your own.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill/accept insurance directly. However, many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that may reimburse a portion of the cost of my services.
If your plan includes out-of-network coverage, you may be able to submit claims to your insurance provider for partial reimbursement. To support this process, I provide a monthly superbill that you can submit directly to your insurance company.

For individuals who cannot afford my full session rate, I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots in my caseload. If you do not think you can afford my full fee, please don’t hesitate to contact me to discuss further.
If I’m unable to offer you a sliding scale spot at our time of connection, I’d be happy to offer referrals to trusted clinicians in the area.
If you’re hoping to find an in-network provider, www.psychologytoday.com is a great resource.

To create a thoughtful foundation for our work together, I typically recommend meeting weekly for the first 4 sessions. This consistent rhythm allows us the time and continuity to build trust, develop a deeper understanding of what you’ve been carrying, and begin establishing meaningful momentum in the therapeutic process.
After this initial period, we can pause to reflect on how the work is unfolding and reassess the pacing of sessions in a way that feels supportive of your needs, goals, and the direction you’d like to move.
I may recommend that we increase or decrease the frequency of sessions to best meet your needs.

If after the introduction/consultation call we both agree it’s a good match, we will schedule our first session! Prior to the first session, I will send you some forms to complete, and i will provide you with a link that will be used for our Telehealth sessions every week.
